Parcel shipment 
We offer you FREE shipping within these countries from € 75. Is your order below € 75 (subtotal)? A standard shipping cost of € 9,99 will be charged. 

REST OF THE WORLD

Parcel shipment
We also offer customers from these countries FREE shipping for orders from € 150. Is your order amount lower than €150? A standard shipping cost of € 19,99 will be charged.  

Please note that all prices include VAT. 

All orders are sent with GLS or with Fedex. We can at all times decide to still ship the order with a pallet shipment. In this way, the order is delivered to the customer with certainty that it will not break. Additional costs may be charged for this after agreement with the customer.

Pick up in Wellen
Do you live nearby and would you like to pick up your order yourself at our warehouse? That is possible! We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to pick up. In general pick up is possible from Monday to Thursday from 09am till 04pm and on Friday from 09am till 2pm on appointment. 

Delivery times 
We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day. Often you will receive your order (Belgium & the Netherlands) the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note that the delivery times are an indication, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. You will always receive a track & trace by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2-5 working days 

Rest of the world
depending on the chosen delivery country, this will vary in time.
